KEC ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED committed to QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFTEY and ENVIRONMENT (QHSE) extends beyond our business and employee to Clients, Visitors, Sub-contractors, Stake holders and the Community at large.

The Management and Staff of KEC shall;

Establish, implement and maintain a QHSE Policy that is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction;
The continual improvement for its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance standards and to protect the environment and the associated health and safety of its employees, clients or customers, suppliers, and the general public. Only through the cooperative effort of all can the best possible QHSE record be achieved.
Provide and maintain safe, environmental and healthy working conditions for all our employees, who are the company’s most valuable asset.
Appropriate objectives and targets are established and QHSE management programs are formulated.
Consult, communicate and collaborate with employees and other stakeholders on QHSE matters, QHSE Performance and other relevant matters.
Prevent injury and ill health to its employees and other interested parties by eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks.
Provide appropriate tools, equipment, operational processes, safe system of work covering all our activities and support reasonably required to insure success.
Prevent incidents, accidents, injuries, illnesses, environmental impacts and provide high quality services and products.
Where there are risks to health, safety and environment, Aspects need to be assessed under specific duty or regulations. We will ensure that our assessments are carried out and that all actions shown to be necessary will be implemented.
Comply with the applicable local and federal regulations, clients or customer requirements and to maintain a safe, pollution-free and ECO friendly operating practice that complies with the applicable PAKISTAN legal and other client requirements.

KEC ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED communicates this policy to all employees through training and daily management activities, both to ensure their understanding and to ensure that the policy is properly upheld. Our policy is made available to relevant interested parties upon request.

KEC pays extra attention to HSE. Thus we manage to provide First Aid Boxes & sufficient PPEs like helmets, jackets, gloves of various types, shoes etc as well as EHS material like Caution Tape, Sign Boards, Safety cones etc as per site.

👉 KEC do not deploy any worker less than 18 years of age. For this purpose we check original CNICs of workers and keep a photo copy with us. In this way not only child labour is discouraged rather security concerns of various authorities are also taken care.

👉 We always sign NDA/HIA with our customers.

👉 We consider that labours and technicians play important role in achieving targets, so their health and safety is always our top priority.

👉 We abide by all the laws of Govt. of Pakistan and hence do not cut any tree for our work.

👉 We do not use smoke producing machines/vehicles at sites.

👉 We do not allow our workers to either cut woods for fire or to put site debris in canals/rivers to avoid polluting them.

👉 Labour camps and their living, food facility is considered to be safe, clean and harmless for neighbors.
